Free gives you unlimited saved trips (3 active trips at a time), 3 AI itineraries every month (5 in your first month), 25 concierge edits and 5 recap rewrites on separate meters, a free AI recap for every finished trip, and the whole group stack: one shared plan your party can all edit, voting and roles, live trip chat, splitting expenses and settling up, and sorting who's staying where. Plus maps, weather, packing, booking links, and shareable trip pages. We never paywall core planning.

Everything in Free, completely ad-free, plus unlimited AI itineraries, Ask Ollin requests, and recap rewrites, and automatic route and day optimization — one tap reorders a day's flexible stops using real walking and driving times, and tells you how many minutes it saves (bookings, flights, and stays stay pinned where they are). Pro also adds expense insights (spend breakdowns, multi-currency totals, and CSV export — basic splitting and settle-up stay free), a print-ready recap keepsake for every finished trip (your browser's Save as PDF turns it into a file), and the option to save whole trips for offline so every page — plus your first 60 photos — is there even with no signal. And every Pro feature that belongs to a trip works for everyone on the trips you own, whatever plan they're on.

Ollin Group is everything in Pro plus four things, at $179/yr (save ~40% versus $25/mo). A Family Circle of up to 5 travel partners instead of Pro's one, so everyone's trips, packing lists, and Passport stay in sync automatically. A priority concierge that thinks longer and answers more thoroughly for your crew. 250 companion AI actions a month on the trips you own, up from 150 on Pro — that's AI your travel companions run, covered by your plan instead of their own allowance. And 100 GB of storage instead of 50 GB. To be exact about what a partner gets: linking someone shares your trips, packing lists, and Passport with them, and every trip you own runs with Pro features for everyone on it — but it doesn't put their own account on your plan, so their own trips stay on whatever plan they have. Group money collection and splitting stay free for everyone.

Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep everything you're paying for until the end of the period you've already paid for — the page shows the exact date — and we don't refund the unused remainder, which is what the free trial is for. After that your account goes back to Free, and nothing is deleted: every trip, photo, receipt, recap and shared link stays exactly where it is, and trips you're on with other people keep working. What changes is new writes — starting another trip past 3 active trips, an upload past the 3 GB free storage, inviting past 15 travelers on a trip — those go back to the free plan's limits until you resubscribe. The one thing that ends with the subscription is paid storage add-ons, since those are billed monthly. Switching between Pro and Group is different: that's prorated, so you're credited for the part of the plan you hadn't used.

Free includes 3 GB of photo and receipt storage (photos are auto-optimized, so that's roughly a thousand of them). Pro raises it to 50 GB and Group to 100 GB. Need more? Any paid plan can add 50 GB at a time for $2.99/month, right from your billing page.

Yes. The sensitive numbers you keep in your Passport vault — passport, Known Traveler / PreCheck, and loyalty numbers — are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they ever touch our database, so what's stored is ciphertext, never the plain numbers. Access is limited to you and any travel partner you've linked. The Passport vault is free on every plan.
