Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
The short version
- AI itineraries, concierge answers, flight status, briefings, and alerts can be wrong, late or out of date. Verify hours, prices, availability, visas, and health and safety requirements yourself. Travel carries risk, and you decide whether and how to go.
- Bookings happen with third-party travel providers and booking partners. Ollin is not the merchant for your travel and doesn't guarantee any provider.
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the web, or through your Apple or Google account in the mobile apps. Pro and Group/Family start with a 30-day free trial (a payment method is needed, and unless you cancel before it ends you are charged automatically). Ollin Pro is $12/month or $89/year, and Group/Family is $25/month or $179/year. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period. A Trip Pass is a one-time $24 for one trip, with no trial and no renewal.
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except where the law requires them (for example EU and UK withdrawal rights). Apple and Google decide refunds for store purchases.
- Expense splitting is bookkeeping only. Ollin doesn't hold, collect or move money between travelers.
- Your trips, notes, and photos stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to host them and run the service, plus permission to display anything you choose to make public.
- Utah law governs these terms. Disputes start with 30 days of informal talks, then go to individual binding arbitration (no class actions), unless you opt out within 30 days or your local law says otherwise. Our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months, or USD 100 if greater.
This summary is here to help you skim — the full terms below are what governs.
Agreement to these terms
These terms are a contract between you and Sorce Code Labs, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, which operates Ollin ("Ollin", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the Ollin app and website (the "service"). By creating an account or using Ollin, you agree to them, including the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in "Disputes and arbitration" below. If you don't agree, please don't use Ollin. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and in any case at least 16, to use Ollin. If we learn that someone under 16 is using Ollin, we may close the account. If you use Ollin on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us right away at hello@ollin.travel if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the actions of anyone you invite to your trips.
You are responsible for your own travel decisions, including checking visa and entry rules, health requirements, insurance, and local laws and safety conditions for every place you go.
AI-generated content
Ollin's itineraries, recommendations, concierge answers, and trip recaps are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude). They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — places close, schedules change, prices move, and entry rules vary by nationality and over time.
Always independently verify anything that matters before you rely on it, including opening hours, prices, availability, visa and entry requirements, health requirements (such as vaccinations), and local safety conditions. AI suggestions in Ollin are provided for general informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or travel advice.
AI features can change your itinerary when you ask them to, and can summarize news, flight and other third-party information. Review every change and every briefing before you rely on it. Ollin's destination briefings, flight-status alerts, weather, maps, leave-by times and notifications are best-effort aids, not official advisories, and may be wrong, late or not delivered. Don't rely on them alone to catch a flight, meet a deadline, or make a safety decision.
Travel risk and your responsibility
Travel carries risk, including delay, cancellation, illness, injury, crime, natural events, political instability and changes to entry rules. You choose whether, when and where to travel, and you accept those risks. Ollin gives information and planning tools, not guarantees, and we aren't responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including airline, hotel or provider failures, strikes, severe weather, disasters, wars, government action, or outages of the networks and third-party services Ollin depends on.
Don't rely on Ollin as your only source for anything safety-critical, such as visa and entry requirements, vaccinations and health, emergency numbers, or whether a place is safe. Check official government and provider sources before you go. Ollin is not a travel agent, doesn't give legal, medical, immigration or insurance advice, and doesn't sell or arrange travel insurance. If something happens on a trip, contact the relevant provider or emergency services directly.
Bookings and third-party services
Ollin helps you find flights, stays, activities, and restaurants, and links you to providers and booking platforms to complete the booking. Every booking is made directly with that third party — the airline, hotel, activity operator, or booking site — and their terms, prices, and cancellation policies apply. Ollin is not the merchant of record for travel, is not a party to those transactions, and is not responsible for the services travel providers deliver.
Some booking links are affiliate links (for example through Travelpayouts, Booking.com, Stay22, Kayak, Viator, GetYourGuide, or OpenTable). We may earn a commission on bookings made through them at no extra cost to you, and partner sites may set their own cookies. The affiliate measurement script is controlled by your analytics choice as described in our Privacy Policy.
We don't own, operate, verify or guarantee any airline, hotel, activity, restaurant, booking site, review, rating, price or availability that appears in Ollin. If a provider cancels, changes, overbooks, closes, raises a price or fails to deliver, your remedy is with that provider (and any insurance you hold), not with Ollin. We recommend you consider travel insurance. Ollin does not sell or arrange it. Affiliate links don't make us your agent or give us control over a provider's service.
Email forwarding and connected inboxes
If you forward booking emails to your trip's import address, or connect your Outlook account (where available), you confirm that you have the right to share the contents of those emails, including any information about other people in them. We process these emails as described in our Privacy Policy: we use Claude to extract booking details, remove the raw email body after 30 days, and delete the processing record within 90 days. You can disconnect a mailbox integration at any time from within the app.
Group trips, shared content and expense splitting
Trips can be shared with other people. If you invite someone, you're responsible for who you invite, and what you add is visible to the trip's members according to their role (owner, editor or viewer). Members with edit access can change or delete shared items, and a trip's owner can remove members or delete the trip, which deletes it for everyone.
Ollin's expense-splitting and settle-up tools are bookkeeping aids. They record who paid what, calculate suggested shares and balances, and show suggested ways to settle up, including payment instructions or links that members choose to save for apps such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Zelle. Ollin currently doesn't hold, collect, transmit, or move money between members, isn't a bank, payment processor or money transmitter, and isn't a party to any payment between you and another traveler. Any payment you make or request happens outside Ollin, between you and the other person, under that service's terms. We don't verify amounts, who is owed, or exchange rates (which are approximate), and you're responsible for checking them and for any debt, dispute or tax consequence that results. If we add features that handle money, they will have their own terms.
Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Ollin's free plan lets you save unlimited trips with 3 active trips at a time (up to 15 travelers per trip), plus monthly limits on AI features — currently 3 AI itinerary generations per month (5 during your first calendar month), 25 concierge edits and 5 recap rewrites, each metered separately. AI you run on a trip someone else owns is covered by that trip owner's plan, subject to that owner's fair use limit — 150 such AI actions a month on Pro (250 on Group/Family) across all the trips they own, and at most 200 of them on any one trip. We may adjust free-plan limits over time.
Ollin Pro is a paid subscription at $12 per month or $89 per year, billed through Stripe on the web or through Apple's App Store or Google Play in the mobile apps. It removes the AI monthly limits and unlocks every Pro feature: everything in Free, completely ad-free; unlimited AI itineraries, concierge edits & recap rewrites; automatic route & day optimization; expense insights — spend breakdowns, multi-currency totals & CSV export; a print-ready recap keepsake for every finished trip; save whole trips for offline — every page, plus your first 60 photos, with no signal; plan every trip with your travel partner — shared trips & packing lists; live AI Destination Briefings — news-grounded safety, events & weather; send a trip's photos straight to your Aura digital frame; share your passport of stamps as a poster-quality image; trip reminders that ping the whole group at a day and time you choose. Where we say "unlimited", we mean there is no monthly meter on your own AI use; reasonable rate limits and the acceptable use section still apply. The Group/Family plan is $25 per month or $179 per year and adds everything in Pro for your whole party plus a larger travel-partner circle.
Free trial. New Ollin Pro and Group/Family subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial (on Apple, a one-month introductory offer). You need a payment method on file to start a trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged automatically the price of the plan and billing period you chose ($12/month or $89/year for Pro, $25/month or $179/year for Group/Family), and then again each month or year until you cancel. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Extra storage and the Trip Pass don't include a free trial. We may limit trials to one per person or payment method, and may end a trial that is being abused. For purchases through Apple or Google, the trial length and eligibility shown in the store when you subscribe control.
Storage and Trip Pass. Extra photo storage is a recurring add-on. On the web it is $2.99 per month per 50 GB top-up and can be added to your plan or bought on its own; in the mobile apps it is sold in the fixed-size tiers and at the prices shown in the store. Add-ons renew and cancel on the same terms as subscriptions. A Trip Pass is a one-time payment of $24 for a single trip, where offered on the web and in the iOS app. It is not a subscription and it doesn't renew. It turns on the trip-level Pro features for that trip for everyone travelling on it, whatever plan each of them is on, for as long as that trip exists in Ollin. If the trip is deleted, or the owner deletes their account (which deletes their trips), the Trip Pass goes with it.
Automatic renewal and cancelling. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Group/Family, and storage add-ons) are billed in advance each month or year, depending on the option you chose, and renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, or at the end of a free trial, cancel before it starts. If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app (Billing). If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, Apple or Google bills you and you cancel in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings, not in Ollin; Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the trial), and you keep your paid access until then. Deleting your Ollin account, or deleting the app, does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google.
Payment is handled by Stripe on the web, or by Apple or Google in the mobile apps; your card details go to them directly and never touch our servers. If a payment fails, the payment provider (Stripe, Apple or Google) may retry it over a period it controls. While retries are in progress we may keep your paid access so you aren't stranded mid-trip, but we don't promise to. If the payment can't be collected, your subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan, and the free-plan limits apply from then on. Lapsing doesn't by itself delete your trips or photos.
We may change our prices. For subscriptions billed through Stripe, we'll tell you by email or in the app before a new price applies, and it will apply from your next renewal, so you can cancel before then if you don't agree. For subscriptions billed by Apple or Google, price changes follow their rules; where they require your consent, your subscription won't renew unless you agree in the store.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused AI allowances, except where the law requires otherwise or where we choose to make an exception. For purchases made through Apple or Google, refund requests are decided by Apple or Google under their policies. The free trial exists so you can try Pro before paying anything. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@ollin.travel and we'll sort it out.
Right to withdraw (EU, UK and similar). If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another place that gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, you may withdraw from a purchase made directly from us (through Stripe) within 14 days of the date you bought it, by emailing hello@ollin.travel with your account email and what you bought. Because Ollin is a digital service that starts as soon as you use it, by starting a trial, subscribing or using a Trip Pass you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that, if you withdraw after we've started, you must pay for the service already provided (and you lose the right once the service has been fully provided at your request). Nothing in this section limits rights you cannot waive under the consumer law where you live, including consumer guarantees under UK or Australian consumer law.
Mobile apps (Apple and Google)
If you use Ollin through the iOS or Android app, these additional terms apply.
The app is licensed to you under these terms and, on iOS, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). If the two conflict about Apple's rights and obligations, the Apple EULA controls; for everything else, these terms control.
You and Ollin: these terms are between you and Sorce Code Labs, LLC only, not Apple or Google. Ollin, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the app, its content, maintenance and support, and any claims about it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes someone's intellectual property. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
License: we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Warranty: if the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple (or Google), who may refund the price of the app if it has one. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform are Ollin's responsibility to the extent required by these terms.
Compliance: you represent that you aren't located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you aren't on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with any third-party terms that apply to your use of the app, such as your mobile carrier's terms.
Third-party beneficiaries: Apple and its subsidiaries, and Google, are third-party beneficiaries of this section and, once you accept these terms, may enforce them against you.
Questions, complaints or claims about the app may be sent to Sorce Code Labs, LLC, 5411 S. Vine Street, Unit #3, Murray, UT 84107, United States, or hello@ollin.travel.
Your content
You own the trips, itineraries, notes, photos, messages, and other content you add to Ollin. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the service. For example, to store your photos, sync your trips across devices, show your trip to the group members you invite, run the AI features on your trip details, and show anything you choose to make public. If you publish a trip to Discover, create a public share link, or publish a traveler profile, you also allow anyone to view what you made public, and you allow us to display and distribute it in and through Ollin's public pages. Public pages may be found through search engines. You can unpublish at any time. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in backups for a limited period and anything others have already copied or shared.
Content you add to a shared trip is visible to that trip's members according to their roles, and members with edit access can change or delete shared items. If a trip's owner deletes the trip or their account, the trip and everything in it, including content other members added, is deleted for every member.
You're responsible for your content. Only upload content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful or harmful. Don't include other people's personal information without the right to share it. Photos may carry embedded location metadata (see our Privacy Policy), so check before you upload or publish.
Reporting content and copyright
We may remove or restrict content, disable public links and profiles, and suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms or the law. If you see public content on Ollin that you think is unlawful, infringing, or exposes someone's private information, use the report option on the page (for example on a Discover trip) or email hello@ollin.travel.
Copyright. If you believe content on Ollin infringes your copyright, email hello@ollin.travel with: your name and contact details; a description of the work and where it appears on Ollin; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We may remove the content and tell the person who posted it. If they dispute it, they can send a counter-notice, and we may restore the content unless you start a court action. In appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
Ollin's intellectual property
Ollin's software, design, and branding belong to us and our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights in them beyond what you need to use the service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Acceptable use
When using Ollin, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that includes other people's personal information without their permission.
- Probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Scrape the service or access it by automated means other than interfaces we provide.
- Circumvent usage limits, free-plan AI allowances, rate limits, or billing.
- Use the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or attempt to extract or misuse the underlying models.
- Harass or abuse other users, including members of trips you're part of.
- Resell or sublicense the service.
- Use Ollin to plan, facilitate or promote anything unlawful (including trafficking, smuggling, illegal border crossings, sanctions evasion, or wildlife or antiquities crimes), or to stalk, track, surveil, harass or harm another person, including through shared trips, group chat, public links or expense features.
- Use the AI features to generate content that breaks the law or the usage policies of our AI provider, or ask the AI to give medical, legal, immigration or safety advice and treat it as professional advice.
- Publish other people's private details (for example a home address, a passport or ID number, or a confirmation number) in a public trip, profile or Discover post.
- Upload malware or anything that damages or interferes with the service or other people's use of it.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to a person or organization.
Service availability, changes and beta features
We work to keep Ollin available, but we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and it may be down for maintenance or because of events we don't control, including outages of the third-party services it depends on. We may change, limit or stop features at any time, including features that are free, and we may stop providing Ollin altogether. If we discontinue a paid feature or the whole service, we'll tell you and, for a subscription billed by us through Stripe, refund the unused part of the prepaid period; refunds for Apple and Google purchases are decided by Apple and Google. Features we label beta or experimental are provided as-is and may change, break or be withdrawn. Keep your own copies of anything important; Ollin is not a backup service, and we aren't liable for data you lose.
Termination
You can stop using Ollin at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings in the app. Deleting your account permanently deletes your account, the trips you own and everything on them (for every member of those trips), your Passport vault, and your mailbox connections, and immediately cancels any Stripe subscription or storage add-on, without a refund for the unused part of the period. Some records are kept or left behind, as described in the Privacy Policy. Any Trip Pass attached to a trip you own is lost with the trip. Trips you only joined stay with their owner. A subscription bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Deletion can't be undone.
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or disable public links if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or for us, or where required by law. Where reasonable we'll tell you first and explain why; we may act without notice where there is a risk of harm, fraud or legal liability. If we end your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period of a subscription billed by us through Stripe; refunds for Apple and Google purchases are decided by Apple and Google. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including content licenses already granted for shared items, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution (including arbitration).
Disclaimer of warranties
OLLIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT, WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST. Keep your own copies of anything important, including confirmation numbers and passport details.
If you are a consumer, you may have legal guarantees we cannot exclude, such as under UK or Australian consumer law. Where the law permits, our liability for breaching a guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of getting it supplied again.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLLIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM A MISSED FLIGHT, A CANCELLED OR CHANGED BOOKING, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID OLLIN IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law. Some places don't allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Ollin harmless from third-party claims, and the resulting losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or of someone else's rights. We'll give you prompt notice of any such claim and let you handle it with our reasonable cooperation, but we may take over the defense at your expense. This section doesn't apply to consumers where the law doesn't allow it.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute between you and us, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, and, for the arbitration agreement in the next section, the Federal Arbitration Act, in each case excluding conflict-of-law rules. Except for disputes that go to arbitration under the next section and the exceptions it describes, the state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in these terms deprives you of protections or venue rights granted by the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
Disputes and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court.
1. Talk to us first. Before starting a claim, email hello@ollin.travel with your name, your account email, and a description of the problem and what you want. We'll try to resolve it informally. If we haven't resolved it within 30 days of your email, either of us may start a formal proceeding.
2. Binding individual arbitration. Except for the exceptions in section 3 and the opt-out in section 6, you and Sorce Code Labs, LLC agree to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the service, or your relationship with us (including claims about the scope or enforceability of this section) by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the claim is filed, which are available at adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Fees and costs are allocated as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and Consumer Fee Schedule provide. The arbitration may be conducted by phone, video or written submission, or in person in the county where you live, as the rules allow, and the arbitrator can award you the same individual relief a court could. A court may enter judgment on the award.
3. What isn't covered. Either of us may bring (a) an individual claim in small-claims court, if it qualifies, in your county of residence or in Utah; and (b) a claim in court for injunctive or other equitable relief to stop the unauthorized use or abuse of the service, or to protect intellectual property rights. Either of us may also report a matter to a government agency.
4. No class actions. To the maximum extent the law allows, you and we may bring claims against each other only as an individual, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If a court decides that this class waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief (for example, a claim for public injunctive relief), that claim or request will be decided by a court, not in arbitration, and the remainder of this section will be enforced; any such court claim will be stayed until the arbitrable claims are finished.
5. Many similar claims. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by or with the help of the same lawyers or group, the AAA's rules for multiple similar claims will apply, and the claims will be grouped into batches and handled in the order and way those rules provide (for example, a small number of test cases first). Your filing fees may be deferred until your batch is reached, and limitations periods are paused in the meantime.
6. Opt out within 30 days. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class waiver by emailing hello@ollin.travel within 30 days of first accepting these terms (or within 30 days of our notice of a change that adds or materially changes this section, if you were already a user), with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out", your name, your account email, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these terms, and the rest of these terms still apply, including the courts-located-in-Utah clause in the governing law section.
7. Your local rights. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place whose mandatory consumer laws don't allow a binding pre-dispute arbitration agreement or class waiver against consumers, this section doesn't apply to you to that extent, and you may bring claims in the courts of your home country if the law gives you that right. Nothing here takes away rights you can't waive.
8. Severability and survival. If any part of this section other than the class waiver is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest stays in effect. This section survives termination of your account and these terms.
Export, sanctions and legal compliance
You can't use Ollin if you're located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions or an embargo, or if you're on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all export, sanctions and trade-control laws that apply to your use of Ollin, and you're responsible for your own compliance with the laws of the places you travel to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Ollin evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect, and we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you don't agree to a change, stop using Ollin and cancel any subscription before the change takes effect; continuing to use Ollin after that means you accept the updated terms. Changes to the dispute resolution section apply only to disputes that arise after the change takes effect, and if an arbitration agreement is added or materially changed, you have 30 days from our notice to opt out as described in that section.
General terms
Entire agreement. These terms, our Privacy Policy and (on iOS) the Apple EULA are the whole agreement between you and us about Ollin and replace any earlier agreement about it.
Severability. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in effect.
No waiver. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up. A waiver is only effective if it is in writing.
Assignment. You can't assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, with notice to you where the law requires.
Notices. We may give you notice by email to the address on your account, or by a notice in the app. You may give us notice at hello@ollin.travel or by mail to Sorce Code Labs, LLC, 5411 S. Vine Street, Unit #3, Murray, UT 84107, United States. You agree to receive notices and agreements from us electronically.
No third-party rights. Except for Apple and Google as described in the mobile apps section, no one other than you and us has rights under these terms.
Force majeure. We aren't liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Relationship. You and we are independent parties; nothing in these terms creates an agency, partnership or employment relationship.
