A first draft of the client's trip, from the brief they sent you
For travel agents and advisors, Ollin turns a client brief into a day-by-day draft you can shape, then shares it with the client and their party. It is a planning and travel companion, not a booking engine or a CRM, so it sits beside the supplier and client tools you already use.

Write the client brief
Type or paste who is going, when, the pace and the budget. The planner is free to start, with no account.
Shape the draft
Ollin drafts the days with every stop on a map. Save it with a free account to reshape days, edit stops, or import an itinerary.
Share it with the client
Send a read-only logistics link for flights, stays and cruise ports. Invite the client's party to see the day-by-day plan, vote and split costs, or publish a trip page if the client agrees.
A first draft from the client's brief
Describe the trip the way the client did: who is going, how long, the pace, the budget. Ollin drafts a paced day-by-day plan around real places, with every stop on one map, and you reshape any day by asking.
- A day-by-day draft from a sentence or a paragraph
- Every stop on one map, in order
- Start from an existing itinerary: upload a PDF or a screenshot, with a free account
Share it with the client and their party
A client who only needs the logistics opens a read-only logistics link with no account: flights, stays and cruise ports. The day-by-day plan is seen by invited members, who join with a free account under their own name, with roles for who can edit, or on a published trip page.
- A read-only logistics link: flights, stays and cruise ports, no account needed
- Invite the party as editors or viewers; viewers see the day-by-day plan, vote and use the trip chat
- A published read-only trip page, when you want a public link
Confirmations, files and costs on the trip
Forward a booking confirmation to the trip's private address and Ollin reads it and offers it for your review before it joins the plan. Keep PDFs and passes with the trip, and split group costs and settle up.
- Forward confirmations to the trip's private email address
- Store PDFs, passes and images with the trip, up to 25 MB each
- Split group costs, set a budget and settle up, free
What Ollin is not
Ollin is a planning and travel companion for the trip itself. It is plain about where it stops, so you can decide where it fits next to your supplier, booking and client tools.
- Not a booking engine: no supplier inventory, no GDS and no payments for client trips
- Not a CRM: no client records, pipeline or invoicing
- No commission tracking: Ollin does not record or pay advisor commissions
- No white-label or branded proposals: shared pages carry Ollin's branding
- No client seats: an account belongs to one person
- Not a vault for client passports: the encrypted Passport holds the account holder's own documents

Questions
What does it cost for a travel agent?
Planning is free to try with no account. A free account includes 3 active trips at a time and 3 AI itineraries a month (5 in your first month), and archiving a trip frees a slot. Pro is $12/month or $89/year with a 30-day free trial and no cap on active trips. There is no agency or team plan with client seats.
Does a client need an account to see the plan?
Not for the logistics. A read-only logistics link shows flights, stay names and cities, and cruise ports, without confirmation numbers, street addresses, costs or the traveler list; it does not show the day-by-day plan. The day-by-day plan is seen by invited members, who sign in with a free account under their own name, or on a published trip page. A published page is public, search engines can index it, and it shows photos, a byline and a Build this trip button, so do not publish a client's trip unless they have agreed to it being public. A join link gives editor access, so for view-only access with a sign-in, invite the person as a viewer.
Who owns the trips, and can I export them?
The trips you create belong to your account. You can export your data from settings as a zip, download a trip's calendar file (.ics), and on Pro export expenses as a CSV. Deleting your account deletes the trips you own, including what clients added to them, so tell clients first.
Does it work offline?
Pages you have already opened stay available without a signal, with an offline fallback. On Pro, Save trip for offline stores every page and your first 60 photos ahead of time. The iPhone and Android apps are optional; the plan also works in the browser.
Does it replace my booking tools?
No. Ollin is a planning and travel companion, not a booking engine or a supplier system. Booking links send the traveler to partner sites at the partner's own price; Ollin adds no fee of its own and may earn a commission from the partner at no extra cost to the traveler. That commission is Ollin's. It is not shared with advisors, so keep bookings, and what you earn on them, in the systems you already use.
